I LOVE family gatherings! Especially when we can go out for a wonderful, dressy dinner! My daughter-in- law and granddaughter along with my son (our photographer) are so much fun and so appreciative of great food! We sat at a cute bistro next to Bar Les Freres eating pizza outside and thinking we HAD to experience Bar Les Freres one evening very soon..............and so , I am sharing our family adventure!
We were not disappointed in our maiden visit to this adorable, authentic, French Restaurant. We would have loved to dine Al Fresco, however, sitting inside was really lovely as well! Out petite bistro tables felt very french, indeed!
This charming little Bistro on Wydown in the heart of Clayton does not disappoint! I especially loved the gently 'worn', authentic vibe the space exuded. Chandeliers, art and tiny bistro tables all helped heighten the experience of pinching ourselves-are we in France??
My son ordered the fillet with delicious Au Gratin potatoes, My granddaughter and I enjoyed a petite grilled Lobster Tail with a bit of salad. Meg loved her trout! We enjoyed a cheesy appetizer, decadent and divine! Please do visit this special little gem! Thumbs up and thank you for making our evening so special! Also enjoyed a super glass of red-Bordeaux blend, elegant and deeply dry yet fruit forward.
