What is the difference between an interior designer and an interior decorator?
Interior decorators focus on the decorative elements of a home, such as: paint color, furniture, décor, window treatments, bedding, etc. Designers provide this expertise combined with the knowledge of interior architectural principals, drafting skills, general building code guidelines, and much more. Our service offerings create value through ‘packaging’ our costs. Our pricing structure offers a flat fee in lieu of an hourly consultation making our fees tailored to fit your design needs. This allows you to control your budget by clearly understanding what our design participation is. Large projects are specialized to each client’s needs, and investment is determined based upon the scope and complexity of the project, as well as our involvement in the various aspects of the project.

We have created an exclusive SourceBook as our vehicle for delivering the myriad details and original designs that are part of each Design project. Many of our clients have multiple Sourcebooks as we continue to work with them over the years. Our Sourcebook is unique to our company. This comprehensive book showcases material selections, specifications, drawings, renderings, budget, and any other ingredients of the project. Most of our clients keep their SourceBook in easily accessible area in their home, where they can refer to as needed.
